Novator Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Odoo Debug Mode Toggle browser extension ("the Extension"). This page explains what the Extension does and does not do with your data.

What the Extension does

When you click the Extension's toolbar icon, it reads the URL of your current, active browser tab and adds or removes a debug query parameter (?debug=1 on a single click, ?debug=assets on a double click), then reloads that tab. That's the entire function of the Extension.

What data we collect

None. Specifically, the Extension does not collect, use, store, or transmit:

• Personally identifiable information
• Health information
• Financial or payment information
• Authentication credentials or passwords
• Personal communications (email, messages, etc.)
• Location data
• Web browsing history
• User activity data beyond the click on the Extension's own icon, which is not recorded anywhere
• Website content

Permissions the Extension requests

The Extension requests the tabs permission. This is used solely to read the active tab's URL and update it when you click the icon. It is not used to monitor browsing activity, log tab history, or send any information off your device.

Data sharing

Since the Extension collects no data, there is nothing to share, sell, or transfer to any third party, for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

Remote code

The Extension does not fetch, load, or execute any code from remote servers. All of its logic is contained in the reviewed extension package.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Any changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
